Neptune may be too harsh sometime, but frankly, he is well in the position to be. No one is perfect, and if it's leadership we're talking about, then i would much rather have Lindsay's flaw than virtually any other flaw i can think of. If you have another leader in mind, name them. Otherwise, it sounds like your post's only point is to sow infighting and thus weaken the community.
