Mr. Student, to answer your first question those programs are extremely oppressive in breaking down sex offenders so they won't be a danger to children. So even the most die-hard pedophiles have to either step in line or get sent to isolation for 3 months, sometimes indefinitely. There is no playing the system as we are watched and given therapy 24/7. Also we are forced to take medication to curb our desires, which results in a lowered desire to be resistant and increased estrogen in the body (to lower testosterone in order to dampen sex drives). And we always have to consider our parole hearings in that if the parole board sees a mouse instead of a lion then the chances for an early release get thrown out the window. This is all for the protection of innocent children. But I'm here to have most of that treatment undone because I never really believed that being in relationships with children is a horrible thing.

And to answer your second question, I meant that from what I've seen in pedophile communities there are those in the movement who haven't broken the law that seem to want to separate themselves from the typical convicted sex predator so they can purport a clean, decent, law-abiding image of a pedophile. So there's this division between the "predators" and the "non-predators." I support the fact that the law shouldn't be violated, but we shouldn't ignore the fact that there are so many of us who are suffering just because they wanted to be in love. People think those actions are selfish, but I think the law is selfish.
