I don't see any indication of that. Would a girl be cooking a guy breakfast at his house under threat? I find it hard to believe that this guy would have any power at all over that girl. It's hard for a kid to avoid a "pervy" uncle who is part of their family and has "authority" over her, but the crossing guard? I don't think so. Perhaps he was threatening to kill her dog for 3 years?

I think it's clear from what was written he was having sex with the 18 yr old girl. Maybe the girl saw him as a "fuck buddy", but he was certainly more than a "friend". Do you really think a girl would keep going back to this guys house for THREE years and have sex with him because she was afraid of disappointing him? Don't think so.
