The most obvious example is the Recent Documents list in Windows. The file itself might be safely encrypted but the file name alone could cause trouble if it's "Oh Daddy! - Forbidden Love.doc" or "Secret Ledger.xls".
That one's also fairly easy to disable, but you can bet there are lots more that won't be so easy to spot.
