This is nothing that people using file encryption of any kind shouldn't already be aware of. Most OSs aren't designed with that kind of privacy in mind and will leave traces of what files you were using all over the place.

The most obvious example is the Recent Documents list in Windows. The file itself might be safely encrypted but the file name alone could cause trouble if it's "Oh Daddy! - Forbidden Love.doc" or "Secret Ledger.xls".

That one's also fairly easy to disable, but you can bet there are lots more that won't be so easy to spot.
