A fun GM this weekend

I had an awesome weekend, so life continues to stay in the good zone.

Friday night Penelope rang my door bell. I answered it and she just stood there swaying back and forth with her hands behind her back and her sly smile worn on her face as we talked. Then her little 4 yo sister comes running up and puts herself between us and stared straight up at me with her head right back smiling from ear to ear as she giggled through her teeth.

I looked down at her and said hello, to which she continued to giggle and smile. I waited then said again 'hello', to which she still just giggled. So I reached down to her chin and said 'no, you are supposed to say 'he shadow hi are you' ', and as I did that I moved her chin and imitated her voice. She backed off in a full laugh and I said 'Oh! I am great How are you??'.

She then darted past me and stood in my doorway laughing some more. I asked what she was doing, but she then grabbed my door and shut me out, and now Penelope started laughing. I exclaimed that I had been housenapped!

Then Penelope's new friend came running up and I was awestruck, she was extremely cute, and we played this game of girls locking me out of my house for a few minutes.

Later I had to run to the grocery store, so I took my bike out. On my way back I saw the girls riding their scooters down the street so I honked my horn. I could clearly hear the new girl, as I drove by, 'that's him!'.

That made me smile. I have captured the attention of another wonderful girl!

No other good gm's over the rest of the weekend, but I did have an interesting dream last night. It was with Emma and lots of other little girls. We were at some sort of water park, and at one point I was sitting in this seat of some sort (can't really describe it) and then Emma came and sat on my lap. Then we were quickly joined by penelope and another little girl I know. I was talking to Emma, and just as I was about to talk about our little incident her father came and took her away to her birthday party that was waiting, and then the other girls left for it too.

I guess that was just a rehash of how we were ripped apart, but also a reminder that she is just a young girl and she will have so many more things to take her interest off me.

Ah well, it was so good to be with her again, even if it was only a dream.
