If it were me I'd be hesitant to come out to a child that I'm interested in that way. But it's your call, cause you certainly know her better than any of us.
What exactly are your reasons behind wanting to tell her?
Maybe you should also take into account what her other guardian or parent would think of it. What I'd be worried about the most is someone taking the child away from me.
