That's what I've always pictured myself doing, smiling in mugshots and stuff. I'm not breaking any laws that I know of, but if I was ever somehow outed as a ped, I would make sure to do this. Although, sometimes I think it would be a lose/lose scenario, cause if they see a ped look angry and gruff in a picture, they'll think "dirty perv" but if one was to smile thay'd think "oh my god, a proud deranged phsyco, see the look in his eyes!" ha,ha
