Well, awesome in a bad way.

I find the girls quote to be rather disheartening. It's almost like the poor girls do not have a mind of their own and need to be told what to think by their parents. I do not like this, and it makes me worry about the future of some of these girls. I'd much rather see a girl say "My mom told me what he did was wrong and bad, but he loved me and cared about me and I liked what we did together, so I don't hate him". We should be so Lucky to hear a girl say something like this.

This is just another reason why young girls need Girl Lovers as friends, so we can provide them with a more balanced perspective on issues like this and help them learn to think for themselves.
