Re: that was about a year ago

Having a year to think about it, I lean toward the theory that the arrest in that video was a setup betweeen KTLA-TV and UCLA police. I was banned from all UCLA properties earlier that day after inadvertently loitering near an infant development center on the primary campus (and I've repeatedly publicly stated that I'm not into infants) -- but the parking lot where this took place was well off the main campus, it was 10 PM and dark, and was not clearly marked as a UCLA lot that I can recall. Also, the way these cops suddenly appeared from out of nowhere only a few minutes into my live interview was suspicious.

Anyway, that was a year ago. I currently have an appeal pending in a California court seeking to overturn the restraining order I'm still under there -- which effectively has made it impossible for me to reside in the state without constantly being arrested. It was filed in May 2008, and I haven't heard anything from my attorney down there about it since, so that's where things stand at this point.
