Been there, done that. I think what you need to do is acknowledge her frustration and her feelings towards her parents without doing anything to further them. You are probably in a position where you can understand why her parents act in a certain way better than she can, but for the most part there's no need for a long discussion about why they, for example, grounded her. Just acknowledge her feelings.
