I'm sure that with enough commitment it can be done. I think setting up a new nation itself is the easiest part. The bigger concern is actually DEFENSE--we would have to take full measures in protecting ourselves from the neo-imperialist invaders from the West. Definately we would not want natural land resources that these infidels are greedy for such as OIL...that could be a total fuckin DISASTER. Oil and Gold are a terrible curse. Best to rely on self sustaining land that is more or less only useful for agriculture. We don't want to own something that those barbarians might want to plunder.

We would definitely have to ally ourselves to a major Eastern superpower such as China or Russia, or with the 'Non Alignment Movement' which is the new emerging political counterweight to the current Western imperialistic hegemony. We would almost certainly have to allow Russian and/or Chinese nuclear/military bases for safety insurance in the event of an attempted invasion by the Western New World Order. This would be of paramount importance and would have to be secured right from the outset.
