It seems that you have already answered this question by yourself. It is not morally repugnant to have sexual or any other type of relations with a girl if the couple is happy together. The law is immoral from breaking these type of relationships apart. They are causing innocent people to suffer.
It is alright, Justincredible. These laws were created by a close-minded group of people with extremely limited knowledge in philosophical ethics. I would not listen to them entirely about what is "right" and what is "wrong."
By the way, a 13 year old is a young adult. I would not classify them as an LG.
