How I wish she would come here and post. But a) I wouldn't want her continued friendship with her old Hebe BF to be a factor in any custody issues with her son Frankie. And b) her memory for most of her High School years is largely faded. My memory is legendary; Bea's, not so.

While its important to parse between the moral and the legal; its also important to be aware of the legal landscape surrounding one's actions. And how that landscape alters over time and from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
