What is really going on?

I have read a *few* posts here. Some of the guys here post about just loving little girls and wanting them to be happy, some post about basically just wanting them. However, when those guys post, they are shut down by the...what shall it be for short... OK NSGL is non-sexual girl lovers and the others I'll call SGL. Sorry if there's already terms for these.
So the SGL get shut down by the NSGL when they post about their desire for sexual relationships. I don't know the legal ramifications of keeping this site open, and if that's why this happens, or if it's something else. Could I please get a brief description of why this happens, and how "far" is too far with a little girl? Or would that compromise the site? Or is it too big a topic for just one thread?
I have so many questions. So all you guys know and it's out there, it's way too ingrained in me that pedophiles and bad news for kiddies (and from my own experiences, I wish it hadn't happened), so even if I got all the "right" answers, I still wouldn't let my child have a sexual relationship with an adult. So there's no right or wrong answers here, I'm just gathering information, hopefully in a non-judgemental and polite way.
