I think the best 'analogy' you can use is one that everyone can relate to. Ask her to imagine that she fell in love with a man, and wanted to pursue a relationship with him, but was legally forbidden to do so. How would she handle this? Fear of harsh penalties and repercussions for her and the man of her desire would probably prevent her from having this relationship. But in this case, should one be concerned that she would 'act upon her feelings'?
What people need to understand is that these 'feelings' everyone's afraid of are feeling of love and caring, not of 'touching' and 'fondling', and we 'act on our feelings' everytime we smile at a cute LG on the street, or help a LG reach the top shelf at the toy store when everyone else was ignoring her.
