However, taking advantage of someone of any age while they are drunk is ethically dubious at any age. (Despite that, I know quite a few adult males who will crow about going to bars to pick up drunk chicks - and to be fair to those males, quite a few women will deliberately get drunk so that they can be picked up for casual sex without feeling guilty about it.)
Of course, there is also the aesthetics issue: I personally would not want to have intimate relations with a person who was not aware or with a person whose breath was stinking of alcohol, and considering the general tendency here to admire the expressiveness and clean smell of little girls, I imagine I am not alone in this regard.
As for watching kids at playgrounds - there's nothing wrong with that per se, unless it becomes obsessive or creeps out the kids. All the same, it is not a wise move in our current cultural climate.
