from what I've seen the pro contact people are usually the ones with the last word. It's pro contact verses I think there called non contact. I for one, and I'm one of many here do not believe that there is any such thing as "informed consent". I see only simple consent that any one could give whether they are drunk, 14, or drunk and 14. As to the issue of sexually transmitted disease and pregnancy I've often stated the the older person should be held responsible for protecting the younger person from those risks.
