Perhaps I would be in a better position that some of the other posters here to answer your questions about sexual activity with 14 year old girls, because I'm a hebephile, not a pedophile. I'm not sure if you know the difference yet...the media often obscures the difference and simply refers to every adult who is attracted to girls under 18 as a "pedophile," but this is inaccurate. True pedophiles are attracted to pre-pubescent children on a physical, emotional, social, and spiritual level. Hebephiles (or ephebophiles, as we are also often called in academic circles), by contrast, are adults who are attracted in a physical, emotional, social, and spiritual sense to adolescents, usually in the age range of 12-17, when girls cease being children and become developing young women.

Now, onto your questions:

Is it wrong to want to have sex with drunk 14 year olds?

Personally, I wouldn't have sex with ANY female of ANY age who was drunk. In such a case, you never know if the woman's willingness to have sex is all due to the alcohol, which lowers your inhibitions. It's much more likely, in such a case, for the girl in question to regret the sex, and some men have been accused of rape by women who they had sex with when they were drunk. So I do think it's a bad idea to have sex with a female of ANY age who is drunk.

And is is also wrong to hang out at playgrounds to see little girls? Why? Is it because that's the cliche of a pedophile? What's wrong with that?

I don't see anything wrong with girl-watching, as long as the MAA (Minor Attracted Adult, a political blanket term for both pedophiles and hebephiles) in question doesn't make it so obvious that they give the kids the creeps. Whenever I am at a water park or the beach, I do watch all the pretty teen girls and college girls who are there, and I don't see a problem with this. I think the only reason society has a problem with it is because our cultural beliefs tell us that an adult admiring a little girl or teen girl "in that way" is wrong. Also, because of the lies and myths that the media perpetuates about MAA's, people think that we are planning to kidnap any girl that we admire. This is a lot of bull...such crimes against kids are extremely rare, and when they do happen they are usually not done by genuine MAA's but by lone psychopaths that really don't fit the category of GLer in any way, shape, or form.
