You can find nice-looking people with nice or ugly personalities.
You can find ugly-looking people with ugly or nice personalities.

So there is no 'which has better/worse'.

Sometimes ugly people get embittered, sometimes pretty people get full of themself. Sometimes ugly people learn empathy and complexity, sometimes pretty people try to reach out through sympathy.

This is as ridiculous as old/young male/female type stuff.
