What 'prettier' is to me

There is a general trend to promote the "dont judge a book by its cover" sort of message; however, I think it is possible to read quite a bit about someone's character in a short time...

What I see in a girl that I find attractive is a function of many things -- her appearance, her movement, her voice, the way she interacts with others and (if I'm lucky) with me. Little girls are more likely than older women to be playful, energetic, outgoing, and curious about the world. More often than not I can see from a few minutes of observation that a girl is this way. Looking at a photograph I could not tell.

I am usually less quick to make judgments on appearance when it comes to adults. I don't really associate any certain personality types with any certain appearance or style of dress...
