The thing is, some people may look to experience the pleasurable physical sensations of sex without wanting to experience love and other pleasurable emotional responses. Pleasure does result in an emotional response, but not necessarily love or fondness of another person. So there is a difference between a GLer, who appreciate all aspects of a girl, and a child or teen fetishist, who simply seeks the primal emotions that come with physical pleasure, and do not appreciate the entire world of the girls in question.

There may be emotional responses in all of this, but when I say "emotional" I am talking about love and appreciation for the entire world of a girl, not simply the raw emotional feeling that comes with an orgasm.
