I said that spirituality is hard to put into words, and that it transcends emotion. I think a lot of people agree with this definition, or at least the part of it that can be defined. It's very difficult to describe a spiritual response or experience in detail. So I think I was being humble, and I didn't claim to be an authority on the subject.

And yes, I am NOT saying that sex is totally bereft of emotion...I was saying that it can be bereft of love in some people. This is what distinguishes the GLer from someone who simply has a raw sexual interest in girls, with no appreciation for every aspect of their being, including their own emotional well-being.
