Federally they are still legal, and likely to remain so.

State laws that haven't been struck down might apply, so I'd check it out first unless you are ok with a court battle, winnable as it is.

But federally you are clear.

Notice, however, that (1) if you ever get charged for a paed related crime, that will be used as character evidence even if it doesn't become a charge itself; (2) even short of that, it's likely not the kind of thing you wanna show your grandma, so you should still reasonably hide it; (3) most of the places where lolicon is served are known to occasionally have actual kp posted whether for spamming, for the fun of it, or whatever...
