... all I can say is that, in some ways, I cannot wait until some of the girls I know now (some of whom are precocious as all hell) reach that 12-13 age.

When a girl asks a question like that, you give her the unadulterated facts, with a smile on your face. That marks you as open-minded and cool.

Just as a slightly different example, there are a couple of girls in my life, all under 10 years, who have said things like "oh shit!", "he needs to take a shit", or "do you need to piss". Each time, I just smile, answer the question, and occasionally, say something like "don't let your mother hear you say that, OK".
