It's not that I worry about my own self control, I believe I have ample amount of that. The MAIN problem is with some girls' often brazen advances. I have had to deal on several occasions with girls who have been far too sexually forceful with me, sometimes to an almost rapturous manner, and it is that which puts the situation into something dangerous (or uncomfortable at best). It's a very awkward situation to be in, and I absolutely hate having to push them away and say 'no'; they can get really hurt over that and I will never forget the time when I had to reject one ten year old's sexual advances. At one point she said that I must be "gay" if I "wasn't interested in her", lol. My attempt to 'decline' on her advances were so tactfully useless that she ran away in tears over it and felt that I thought she was "ugly" (which was not the case), and that was really difficult for me to take and watch. So I eventually decided it was far better not to have friendships with minors not only because of the legal risks I completely eliminate, but to also eliminate any sense of rejection and hurt by the girl every tme I have to say "no".
