I've seen the reviews.

Its about a Lebanese girl living in Texas. Her father forbids her seeing a classmate because the boy is black. But she develops a relationship with the Ped next door played by Aaron Eckhardt ( Thank You For Smoking and Harvey Dent in Batman: The Dark Knight.)

I have no idea how they'll play-out the relationship. But the film is directed and written by the same guy who wrote American Beauty with its MAA themes.
