I wish I was as optimistic as you Dissy. I mean, the way the climate is out there would make things seem more like a THOUSAND years before we might begin to see anything happening for the better, and plenty others I know have agreed that my figure is probably quite realistic on this. I don't like to have to say it, but I am counting more on a major cataclysm to bring about our salvation. (ie: a nuclear war or catastrophic conventional war between the West and Russia/China/Islam/Asia etc, or an asteroid, or something that will see the wicked Western leviathan come crashing to its knees). The world has also become alarmingly burgeoned with overpopulatulation, environmental degradation, greed and excessive consumerism, and I think that much of the madness of what we see in the world today is a symptom of this, everyone is just going crazy, and all the signs are there to show it. I am of the strong belief that the whole problem with current Western civilization is that it is completely ROTTEN TO THE CORE, it is an out of control monstrosity and it needs to be totally SMASHED TO PIECES rather than 'tweaked' with a bit of youth liberation. The West needs to fall again like Rome did by the hordes of angry barbarians.
