Western civilization will someday fall and be replaced by something much better. I hope it doesn't take a nuclear war or World War III to enable the world to improve. Sooner or later people will get sick of the capitalist monster that currently fuels the world and they will do something about it. Whether or not they do it before major disaster strikes the world is open to speculation, but I think we will achieve positive change much, much sooner than a thousand years from now.
