While I believe there may come a time when pedophilia is removed from the DSM and declassified as a mental disorder, I am less confident that sexual relationships with children will ever be accepted by society, or that child liberation of any kind will ever take place. Certainly not in my lifetime, nor my own children's lifetimes. We may reach a point in the next half century where pedophilia is more understood, and where the population has sympathy for pedophiles who faced vigilante attacks and jail time for victimless 'crimes'. But none of this means that sexual contact with children will ever be legal, or that society will allow children to make their own decisions regarding their lives, sexual or otherwise. I forsee this being in the distant future, after this civilization has fallen, and a new one arises.
