Internet bans

Part of sentencing can include prohibiting someone to use the internet. Personally I think that sounds kind of stupid (like to me, that's like jail) but really, partially censoring someone's net use isn't as bad as totally banning them from it.

This should only apply to cases in lieu of a total ban though (I think like on parole) and be temporary, not some kind of lifetime thing.

Also, I think it's pointless because determined people will always find a way.
