Could I?

Referring back to an article about cops arresting people for clicking on a link on the internet...

If I were a cop, could i stand in a crowd, shout and point behind the crowd "Look! Child porn!" And proceed to arrest anyone who looked to where I was pointing for "Intention to view child pornography?" You know even uninterested people would look. Too bad I'm not a cop, that'd be funny.

On another note...

Could I pose as an internet predator in hopes of coming across someone from PJ, when I was sure it was them, send then a fake link claiming that it was an illegal photo, then get their IP address when they clicked on it, and send it to the cops to get them arrested for intention to view it?

I wouldn't do any of these things, I just think they would be amusing.
