The stereotype is not that all are, but that a lot are, and they are probably inflating the reality a little bit. I'm not sure why you capitalize 'man' like that. If you associated adjectives with that noun it'd be better to just call yourself those, as people's conception of what it means to be a 'man' vary.

Some men o sit at parks, hang at schools, and surf the net for minors to abuse. It happens, that's why people are worried. I'm not sure why people think this is invented. It isn't, it's just stereotyped and overreacted to.
