Pedos are little children...

People treat pedos (although not always really pedos) like they treat 5-year-olds. Supposedly they are not mature enough to be trusted with the responsibility of not committing an act again, so they have to be constantly watched to be given a slap on the wrist every time they misbehave.

The thing is that this has proven not to work. Responsibility is something you can only learn by being given responsibilities. If you don't trust me, why would I bother behaving for you?
