I don't know Russian very well - however, I know enough of it to be able to compare an English text (which I did have saved) with a Russian text and know they are the same.

I actually have to say that now I found a Russian text, I can see that the English text is truncated everywhere I can find it... hmmm...

In Russian: http://www.chechenpress.info/events/2006/07/05/03.shtml
In English, and also in link box: http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=18244

I cannot find a text that goes beyond the same place in English, which ends in this Russian sentence: О том, что Путин засветился в той же самой квартире на Полянке, Скуратов написал в своей книге «Вариант дракона» на страницах 153-154., ie, a paragraph and a half before the actual end of the Russian article.

Since I cannot read well enough, I cannot properly translate the rest. However, in the last paragraph Litvinenko compares Putin to Ukrainian serial rapist+killer Andrei Chikatilo - which is not exact even in the rapist=MAA equation, as Chikatilo raped and killed women, along with girls and boys. Chikatilo is also believed to have been more aroused by the killing than by the raping, even though he obviously still had to kidnap the victims before that. It also seems that his choice of young people had more to do with ease to physically dominate them than with an unquestionable preference for them. Therefore, I have to attribute some intentional scaremongering and shock value to the article.

The comparison explains, of course, the Russian title "The Kremlin Chikatilo"; even though the English title is probably more accurate.

It is also noticeable how "paedophile" and "paedophilia" are intentionally capitalised in the Russian text. Finally - *the paragraphs are organised different* but the text is the same.

Finally, if you do go to the English link, be sure to read the comments too. Not bad - although of course, hardly your mainstream site...

Goethe: do you, by any chance, go very often to www.president.ir ??? I remember that at some point there was a picture of a little boy, no older than 3, kissing a happy Ahmadinejad, while a beautiful girl looks from the left side of the President...

Now that I have said that...

As I said above, I don't enough Russian to be able to read the whole article unguided - otoh, I know enough to read it with help of the English text.

As for my siggie...

OK...
On July 15, 1996, I met the girl who made me realise I was a paed.

It was the first time that the age difference put me unquestionably in the paed range. And I loved it. And I love her - even to this day, even though she doesn't look like a lg anymore, obviously enough. Btw, you'll love this bit: she is half Arab and half German...

The saying means: "Only a lifetime is not enough for me to love". And it's in Romanian.
