1) That, dear, is what I would call TMI. But yes, it involves imagination.
2) I once had a lucid dream that... well... kinda solved all my sexual problems forever... no really, it did!!
After that dream, I am both more and less sexual, kind of hard to explain, but the point is, "handle your desires" became less meaningful of a concept or challenge...
