Perhaps in some way you are right, I just believe from personal experience that we all have more power to bring about change then people let them selfs believe. Of course everyone has different capacities but it doesn't mean that they wont be a bigger influence on changing the world then someone who has more capacity. Its true some people are born with disabilities and that makes it ever more so difficult if not impossible. As for resources, I think life provides opportunities for gaining resources unless those resources are blocked off by those with greed for more power.

I strongly believe that the potential to crate change is and will always be dependent on the will of the individual and the personal source that fuels that will. Its true that noting is possessed equally, but its my own belief that everyone has the power to increase the quantity of influence and power that they posses. Such a task is never easy in the beginning. But I found from personal experience that after a while it slowly gets easier, maybe a person just gets used to pushing one self and expanding one own limits. I'm not the most spiritual person, but I do believe in greater power then just humanity. I also believe bringing peace to the world is possible even if people make it almost impossible.
