Those dolls might be anatomically correct, but are not "designed for sex". Meaning their orifices (do those dolls even have actual orifices??) are not designed to accomodate and adjust an adult's penis in a simulated sex routine.
The dolls we're talking about ARE "designed for sex" in that they are not only anatomically correct but their orifices are designed to be used in simulated sex routines. This also implies that they have to be flesh-like flexible and skin-like warm, unlike the great majority of dolls that are not designed for sex play.
And yes, I am aware that dolls underwent many stages before arriving to such realism - not the point here.
