No, it's not. We have to work to make it fair. Absent the structures of society, "might makes right" and him with the biggest muscles takes the girl.
We have POWERS linked to the universe
I'm not sure what you mean but that sounds awfully metaphysical to me. Pardon me if I file that under the category of "cannot be proven or disproven, therefore useless as the foundation for anything that follows in a debate or other persuasive argument." Debating 101.
Everyone is born equal
No, they aren't. Some people are born with medical defects or seconds away from dying, and I'm not even counting those stillborn.
Now, in Western society, we believe that everyone should have equal opportunity, even though we know that is also a fiction. Assuming two people who if raised in an "average" environment would grow up to be "averge:"
If our parents didn't give us an enriched environment before Kindergarten, we won't be in a position to take advantage of all the educational opportunities the best Kindergarten programs can offer. If we don't have a highly enriched grammar school environment, we won't be ready to take advantage of the opportunities the best high school has to offer. If we don't attend an enriched high school environment we won't be ready to take advantage of the opportunities a highly-challenging college program has to offer, etc.
Society tries to balance for this and other inequalities by making sure that every school is either "good enough" to meet government standards or is improving, that children have access to preschool programs, 2 meals a day on school days, and medical care even if their parents can't afford it, etc. Society knows there will always be kids raised in "better" environments than others, but at least it tries to raise the floor.
