I get this a LOT as well. The boys aren't quite so old, so its easier for me to pass off as kids in need of attention. You know how a new girl might be shy at first, then she sees how you are with the rest and suddenly she wants in on that too? Well I feel its similar to the way boys react to me as well. I'm appreciate the fact that boys need that love and attention too. I most likely share your aversion to boys, but if you really aim to be a good person than I suggest dropping the bias and doing your best to fulfill their needs as well.
The other day I had an 8 yr old sitting next to me, he moved himself squarely in my lap and wrapped my arm around him while he he played video games. I'm not into this sorta thing, but I recognized he needed to feel loved by me as well.
On the other hand, you could deal with this boy, recognizing what you are and are not willing to do with him, and apply that to your behavior with the girls for your own protection. The boundaries you draw with him are healthy ones to live by.
Just my two cents...take it or leave it.
