The real issue is not whether some pedo-hater has posed as a pedo (which wouldn't surprise me at all - given their nature and goals), the real issue is to what degree Oprah Winfrey eagerly listens to, willingly accepts and then happily passes on this paranoia.

Is Oprah Winfrey plain crazy or just an incredibly depraved woman? Does she actually belive in her own statements, or has years of TV appearance made her into a huge actor?

I am inclined to believe that Oprah Winfrey is just depraved, but I wouldn't rule out a neurotic pleasure in dealing with "emotional issues" and pulling out the most depraved aspects of human nature for the sake of a TV show.
