BH you are lucky man. Her parents are accept you, this is obviously. But do not tell anyone that you're more than friends.

I was in similar situation with 12 year old girl, three years ago. Her mother allowed me to be with her alone a lot of time, but LG considered me for a friend. During our meetings we had beautiful moments. Then I was happy. Sometimes parents have a lot of understanding for this kind of (friend-like :) relationship.
