When the alcohol and tobacco industries do PSAs about underage consumption they usually mention that smoking and drinking are adult choices; never minding that associating activities with adulthood makes them attractive to teens, and that in everything other than "vice," we ask that teens behave more "adult."

Saying that "X" is wrong is very different from saying that "X" is only for those who are fully enfranchised by society.
