Lawyers play sheep when it comes to CP

The best they do is try to get a reduced sentence for their clients. By telling a jury that 3D images of children doing the nasty does not constitute actual CP, they are labeled as "pervert lovers."

Case in point. In the 1950's my granduncle was wrongly convicted of grand theft auto just for being in the area where the car was stolen. The police were convinced he was the car thief for not only his skin color, but also for "loitering" at night when in fact he was getting off from work. At first his lawyer wanted to defend him, but became more compliant (more chickenshit) with the prosecution when he was called "nigger lover" and received threatening phone calls.

Like Dissident said, more people, especially lawyers, must be willing to endure the ignorance and labeling to uphold proper justice and foster eventual acceptance.
