You're definitely right that the Orwellian nightmare is coming true. Having CP laws to BEGIN with is totalitarian in itself. But computer graphics, art etc where not even an actual real life figure is involved? That's just plain fascism in the purest sense. The onus should be on the authorities to PROVE that such images are meant to depict CP, not on the defendant to prove it ISN'T. If it can't be PROVEN to be actual CP, then there should be no legal case for prosecution! Plain and simple. Just because the art depicts a figure that is "seemingly" underage, is simply not good enough! There should be complete EVIDENCE, not supposition. Just because the figure might lack things like breasts or pubic hair doesn't mean a damn thing. It's a plain fact that many females are "flat tops" all their life (especially many Asian races), and many have very little amounts of pubic hair (or even genetically lack completely), or some may shave it off. Skin condition doesn't mean anything either..some women are able to maintain surprisingly smooth youthful skin complexions (especially with the use of various make ups and skin rejuvenation creams etc). Actual body size also doesn't mean much either. Some S.E Asian women are incredibly small in stature. I saw a Vietnamese woman a while back and she stood under 4 foot tall. So all these kinds of arbitrary factors that the fascists try and use to form their basis of "proof" that such art constitutes CP is just BOLLOCKS. Maybe one way of getting around such legal harassment would be to state in such art that "all individuals in this art are 18 years and over".
