Actually, no.
The original Fascist movements made an emphasis on their distaste for "degenerate art", meaning, basically, the Avant Garde movements that ditched the idea that art had to actually faithfully represent / reflect reality. All the Avant Garde styles, of course, are much less "realistic" in strict sense than the previous works of art or that the art endorsed by Fascism. Therefore, Fascism would have endorsed ever more realistic kp, not the opposite.
Furthermore, Fascism, more than any other political movement before or after, had an obsession with the human form (and usually with its perfection as embodied in the ethnicity of the speaker). Therefore, it is unlikely that an actual Fascist would have been bothered by realistic artforms depicting nekkid kids.
