Pretty much like everyone else has said - personality can make a girl all the prettier. Or viceversa

Also, I find it hard to find a little girl physically ugly, even those that I wouldn't consider the hottest either, or that simply are "not my type".

In theory I would say that overweight is a turnoff, but there are many degrees of overweight and I've many times seen Rubensian proportioned little girls who I think are hot.

I suppose the single factor that most makes a girl unattractive to me is height. I would find it hard to like a little girl who is among the tallest for her age, all the more so at the age when that means they have adult height. I simply find tall females unattractive - even for adults, all other things equal I will consider a short woman as more attractive than a tall woman.
