Summer Bishil

The other night I caught a re-run of Disney Channel's Return to Halloweentown, and damn if the Genie Aneesa didn't look familiar. She was played by Towelhead's Summer Bishil.

Hers isn't a stand-out performance. Nor was she, even two years ago, able to pass for 13; as she's supposed to in Towelhead. At 16, she looked 16. At 18, she looks 16. But she's not petite enough to pass for 13.

The film should be re-run later on. TV Guide's .com claims its on Sunday the 5th of Oct.
