Absolutely! And furthermore, it IS 10 yos we're talking about here too, not 3 yos. Many 10 yo youths are pretty damn intelligent alright! :) But frustratingly so, it's almost as if adults in this day and age can't (or don't want to) even tell the difference between a toddler and a 10 yo youth. LOL. This stupidity of such adults certainly comes nowhere NEAR the intelligence of any reasonable 10 yo, and can only really be defined as moronic.

We can put adults' attempts at extended juvenilization, cotton wooling and dumbing down of youth in this epoch partly down to rank and file compulsory indoctrination (commonly and euphemistically known as "public education").
