You're very fortunate, indeed. I was confused and wanted to be able to talk to people about it, but I didn't think I'd be able to do so comfortably until I found this site. Most of my friends cursed pedophiles and it always made me uneasy. So again, I'm thankful for GC.

P.S. I can relate to the whole Sci-Fi nerd thing. I'm a lunatic of a Doctor Who fan and the Sci-Fi channel is the default on my TV. Haha. But also, the influence of my love of 80's punk on my appearance lent to much social ostracism as well. I feel ya, man.
