This translates to a person being charged for making THEMSELVES a "victim". They sure know how invent more and more ludicrous "crimes" by the day! LOL

Charge: Self abuse/self exploitation-- her own mind is exploiting her under age body, and her obscene body is traumatizing her vulnerable mind. This VERY SERIOUS double charge of perversely afflicted sexual psychotic sui-exploitive patho-sexual disorder syndrome deserves 1000 years incarceration (but only on good behavior). The charge should be mitigated to 500 years incarceration if she sells her story to "Special Victims Unit" and the "Oprah Winfrey Show", as well as agreeing to extensive therapy and clitoral evisceration (but still also only on the conditions of good behaviour!).
